The Stories We Could Tell

Seattle: Pike’s Place Market

Pike’s Place Market was so crowded, it made it hard to appreciate just how cool it is. We figured our arrival must have coincided with the docking of a cruise ship because the crowds were insane for a mid-week jaunt! Pike’s Place is famous for being the location of the very first Starbucks coffee. It is is essentially an indoor market that sells everything from crafts to flowers to fish to… well you name it, you could probably find it there. At Pike Place Fish, they have truly embraced the mantra “have fun at work.” They do their best to get the crowds involved in their fun… it isn’t uncommon to find the employees throwing fish to each other and their customers. Entertaining for sure.

  2. Hey — you’re almost out of letters over on that map of yours!! That must mean it’s time to come home… to L.A. 🙂
