The Stories We Could Tell

Boulder, Co: Home Sweet (sort of) Home

For those of you who don’t already know, I (Bria) once lived in Boulder. Granted it was only for a year and I was four, but it still feels good to go home. It was fun to see the apartment where we once lived, to visit my brother’s elementary school, and to check out the campus where my Dad got one of his master’s degrees. University of Colorado is beautiful… old stone buildings, lots of trees and open spaces. We even got to check out the DG house – v. cute! If you get a chance to visit, don’t miss Pearl Street Mall. Several blocks of shops, bars, eateries – and best of all, it’s only open to pedestrians (why doesn’t Santa Barbara do this on State Street???).
