The Stories We Could Tell

Celebrating one month of trailer life

On May 28th, we officially celebrated one month living in Lance (our trusty trailer).

Below, we will impart some of our observations from the road:
*New Mexican drivers are crazy
*James is the most patient, tolerant, and loving man ever created (he wanted me to delete this, but I refused because it’s true!)
*Guided tours are simply not for us
*Everywhere we go we meet someone that has a connection to Santa Barbara… further proof that 1) No one stays in Santa Barbara 2) That city has a magic that never leaves you
*People from Missouri don’t pronounce it “missura” anymore
*For reasons unknown, fudge shops and tourist towns go hand-in-hand
*Good communication is the single most important thing in a marriage
*Living in 24 feet of usable space ain’t half bad
*Higher elevation really does mean less oxygen – it’s hard for us sea levelers to get good exercise up here!

Here’s to trailer life!!!
